A 24,000-square-foot food hall with cuisines from around the world plans to open at Resorts World. Zouk Group, the Singapore-based nightlife and restaurant company behind Famous Foods Street Eats, dubs the food hall an ode to hawker centers found in Southeastern Asia and pulled some of their favorites to fill it.

Dumplings out of Hong Kong, lechon from the Philippines, Thai beef noodle soup, and fried noodles join outposts from chef Marcus Samuelsson and deejay Steve Aoki among the 16 stalls planned for the food hall that includes a center bar and speakeasy.
The collection of food stalls includes Samuelsson’s Streetbird Las Vegas with sweet and spicy fried chicken, hot honey chicken and waffle, chicken wings, and mac ’n greens from the James Beard Award-winning chef known for Red Rooster in Harlem, New York.
Hong Kong’s Ah Chun Shandong Dumpling, a Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand from 2013 to 2021, serves traditional Shandong dumplings and hand-pulled noodle dishes made fresh daily.
