For WSU to operate in compliance with state and federal laws and protect itself and the WSU community from unnecessary harm, it is critical for employees to understand their responsibilities. Required trainings are designed to educate you on your role in maintaining a compliant workplace.
Visit the HRS website for information about Required Trainings: Employee Rights & Responsibilities Under Executive Policy #15, Ethics in Public Service, Hazing Prevention, Cyber Security Awareness, and Safety Training. Employees may have additional trainings required for their specific roles. Supervisors should ensure their staff have completed all required trainings.
Employees can view their required assignments in Percipio, by going to the homepage or clicking the “My Profile” circle in the top right corner and selecting “Assignments” from the dropdown menu.
