South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (2024)

63% Tomatometer 8 Reviews 76% Audience Score 50+ Ratings The animated series is not for children. In fact, its goal seems to be to offend as many as possible as it presents the adventures of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman. The show has taken on Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, politicians of every stripe and self-important celebrities. Oh, and Kenny is killed in many episodes. South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Mick LaSalle San Francisco Chronicle One of the hallmarks of good satire is that the more you know, the funnier it is. "The South ParQ Vaccination Special,"... is the opposite of that. Rated: 0/4 Mar 12, 2021 Full Review South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Charles Bramesco Guardian A surprisingly affecting show of contemporary despair, from the cartoon famed in part for the sentient, talking Christmastime poop. Oct 8, 2020 Full Review South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Stephanie Williams AV Club The special wasn't just about the exchange of bodily fluids. If fans were hoping South Park would poke fun at the hell that is Zoom meetings or the controversy surrounding wearing a mask or not, they won't be disappointed. Rated: B+ Oct 8, 2020 Full Review South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Andrew Bloom Consequence Despite the raft of transgressive silliness that permeates "The Pandemic Special", there's an unassuming earnest streak that runs through it as well. Oct 8, 2020 Full Review South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Chris Longo Den of Geek South Park returned to a country so beaten down, with the bar set so low, that the '90s parents wringing their fists over the adult subject matter in a cartoon about children seems like the glory days by comparison. Rated: 2.5/5 Oct 8, 2020 Full Review South Park: Season 24 | Rotten Tomatoes (6) Jesse Schedeen IGN Movies There's no doubt that some new South Park is better than no South Park at all. Unfortunately, the series' first experiment with a longer, standalone format doesn't really pay off. Rated: 5/10 Oct 2, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Dionisis T Definitely not one of the longest seasons but with the conditions of the time it was definitely worth it... Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/24 Full Review Enchanted M South Park season 24 is actually pretty great. Season 24 only consists of 2 episodes which is baffling but understandable since both episodes are full 48 minute one cohesive story and also made during a time of uncertainty. Both episodes are really well made and are really funny and this is great news since the previous seasons had been dipping in quality a lot. "Pandemic Special" is a really funny way of thinking of Covid and how we worked as a society while "Vaccination Special" really pokes fun of both sides of the spectrum on vaccines and overall this season delivered really funny and relatable episodes that probably deserve as much praise as possible. South Park season 24 is short but it sure is sweet and honestly the best in a couple of years.
