Despite extremely low odds, the charismatic starship captain Tylor has won again, once more, thanks to a lot of luck and his innate composure, and has returned home with his crew and his ship, the Soyokaze. As everything in the universe seems to be peaceful for once, there is an opportunity to relax – until the troops get wind of a new terrifying weapon the Raalgon Empire is developing. Naturally, Tylor and his crew are sent out to avert the impending danger, but the entire crew is captured by the enemy shortly afterwards while trying to intercept the transport of the weapon. Is this all just another one of Tylor’s crazy plans?

Der charismatische Raumschiff-Kapitän Justy Ueki Tylor hat es mit viel Glück und seiner angeborenen Gelassenheit geschafft, trotz extrem schlechter Chancen immer wieder zu siegen und mit seiner Crew und seinem Schiff, der Soyokaze, nach Hause zurückzukehren. Es bietet sich eine Gelegenheit zur Entspannung, denn alles im Universum scheint ausnahmsweise gerade friedlich zu sein – bis die Truppen Wind davon bekommen, dass das Raalgon-Imperium eine neue furchterregende Waffe entwickelt. Um die drohende Gefahr abzuwenden, wird natürlich Tylor mit seiner Crew losgeschickt, die jedoch kurz darauf beim Versuch, den Transport der Waffe abzufangen, vom Feind gefangen genommen wird. Ist das wieder einer von Tylors verrückten Plänen?

Justy Tylor es un vago de mucho cuidado que tiene la suerte de formar parte del ejército por un extraordinario golpe de suerte. Tylor ve el cielo abierto ante esta posibilidad, pues tiene claro que con un puesto en las Fuerzas Interestelares podrá comer y beber todo lo que quiera, pegándose la gran vida.
Ahora que ya es capitán, sus estrambóticas ideas estratégicas volverán a poner en peligro el universo entero a causa de un arma secreta de impredecibles consecuencias. La pacífica relación entre los Planetas Unidos y el imperio Raalgon vuelve a ser amenazada..
