Billing on wrong circ*mstances
Date of service: 10/27/22 in for an ankle check. At the time I had Blue Care Network insurance. Was never billed to the insurance, so I get a statement stating that I owe the $400. Charging me a copay
On November 29 I was seen at wellnow had 1048 appt, was seen 2 hrs later, and my biggest complaint is being charged a copay.
I called my insurance company and I do not have a copay. They are over charging me. When I asked for explanation they told me my insurance told them. I called my insurance and they said no one contacted them. And they would not tell them that. So who is lying. If needed I have my insurance.
Desired outcome: Reimbursem*nt of my copay they charged me considering my insurance pay 100 %

Horrendous customer service-billing dept refuses to answer phone or emails
My daughter was seen at Well Now in Auburn, NY. The care she received for tick bites and possible Lyme disease was adequate. However, I am giving Well Now 1 star and would give it zero stars because of the absolutely horrendous customer service. It is impossible to get a response from their billing department. They coded her Lyme test incorrectly which resulted in me having to pay for an expensive medical test that my insurance would have covered if the code had been entered properly. I called and left messages, emailed numerous times to try and get the billing department to correct their error and zero response. This is a horrible way to run a business. I will never ever use their urgent cares ever again. There are plenty of other urgent care options in Auburn or elsewhere. Terrible customer service! Never again!

Desired outcome: I’d like for Well Now to resubmit my bill to my insurance company with the proper code for my daughter’s Lyme Test. Because they submitted an incorrect code for the test, my insurance didn’t pay.

Refusal of Service in Batavia NY
On 9/11/2023, my daughter felt a pop in her foot at work. Refusal of service
I brought my 11 year old daughter in to north Utica well now in Utica New York on 8/1/2023 at approximately 6:20pm. I was told she can not be seen because they do not take walk ins after 6pm. They close at 8pm and they did not have any other patients waiting. I understand there may be appointments coming in but while present it was not busy at the moment...
