People in the #CapitalRegionNY wonder why businesses and young people don’t come here and a huge reason they don’t is the poor infrastructure, especially technology. We have underperforming companies like @GetSpectrum disappointing us and preventing us from growing.

Please explain @GetSpectrum and @NYSEandG how in two years I have lived here my service has gone out numerous times on really great weather days? @PaulVandenburgh talks about it often. The worst part is my recliner is stuck open. I don’t expect I reply. Just venting.

@GetSpectrum Oh good, Charter is back up in my area. It was only down an hour and service is great (well, not at the moment 80 mbps when I should be getting 200, but usually it’s above that). I’m sure the downtime was due to maintenance.
